We’re looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist to join an established cosmetic and skin clinic in Bella Vista on a part-time basis, working Mondays and Wednesdays.

This role would suit someone who is confident across advanced skin treatments and enjoys taking a personalised, results-focused approach to skin. Strong consultation skills, treatment planning and skincare knowledge are essential, along with the ability to create a warm and professional experience for every client.

You’ll be joining a well-established clinic with a strong focus on skin health, clinical outcomes, client care and tailored treatment plans.

Experience across the following treatments is highly regarded:

- HIFU
- HydraFacial
- Product-based and advanced facials
- Chemical peels
- Skin needling
- RF microneedling
- Laser treatments

The role will include:

- Conducting comprehensive skin consultations
- Developing personalised treatment plans based on individual skin concerns and goals
- Performing a broad range of advanced skin treatments
- Recommending appropriate homecare and educating clients on skincare
- Maintaining accurate and detailed treatment records
- Following all clinic hygiene, safety and treatment protocols




- Building long-term client relationships through consistent care and results
- Working collaboratively with the wider clinical and front-of-house team

About you:

- Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) or equivalent relevant qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience within the cosmetic, skin or aesthetics industry
- Strong knowledge of skin, treatment modalities and professional skincare
- Confident conducting consultations and recommending treatment plans
- Professional, polished and personable
- Robust attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Available to work Mondays and Wednesdays

Remuneration A competitive remuneration package will be offered based on experience, comprising a base salary plus commission.
