Development Lead | Aged Care & Retirement Living

An established not-for-profit organisation is growing its development capability and seeking a Development Lead to support projects across aged care and retirement living.

This is an opportunity for a property development professional to contribute across the development process, from early planning through to delivery.

The role

- Support feasibility, due diligence and project planning
- Coordinate design consultants, technical advice and approvals
- Monitor budgets, programmes, risks and project milestones
- Help progress projects through planning and delivery
- Prepare updates for internal stakeholders

About you

You’ll bring around three or more years’ experience in property development, project management or a related built environment role.



You may currently be a Development Assistant, Development Coordinator, Assistant Development Manager or Development Associate.

Experience in aged care, retirement living, seniors living or community infrastructure will be valued. We’re also open to candidates from broader property development with strong project coordination and stakeholder skills.
