About Calvary Health Care Bethlehem – Caulfield South Victoria

Calvary Health Care Bethlehem (CHCB) is a Public Hospital in Caulfield, Melbourne that specialises in progressive Neurology and Palliative Care. We provide a range of inpatient, community and ambulatory services for progressive neurological conditions and palliative care. CHCB is also an NDIS service provider.

Grade 2 Dietitian - 12-month parental leave role; Full time (1 FTE) with ADO commencing January 2027

About the role





You will join our Dietetics team which provides clinical services to the 32 bed inpatient ward and the State wide Progressive Neurological Disorders (SPNDS) outpatient clinic. The role also involves participation in departmental quality improvement activities and education provision. Clinical supervision is provided as well as great opportunities for internal and external professional development opportunities.

What you bring

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in clinical dietetics. New graduates need not apply.
- Registration/membership with the Dietitian’s Association of Australia
- Current APD status is required.
- Experience with enteral nutrition
- Clinical experience in hospital setting preferred; or community settings
- The ability to think critically and work with a wide-ranging and complex caseload
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants must be eligible for ongoing entitlement to work in Australia

Desirable:
- Current clinical knowledge in the field of progressive neurology and/ or palliative care
- Experience with food service management & systems
- Evidence of involvement in quality improvement programs
