Project Manager - IT Operations & Managed Services
- Initial 12-month contract with the potential view to extend
- Conveniently located in Melbourne CBD with WFH arrangement (3 days' in the office)
- Deliver across NextGen initiative including a cloud MSP transition
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong governance skills and a background in IT operations and managed services. You will bring structure to a complex environment, maintain alignment across teams and vendors, and keep delivery moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, schedules, dependencies and delivery milestones.
- Drive program and project governance, including status reporting, financial tracking, and risk and issue management.
- Facilitate Agile planning, prioritisation and execution.
- Coordinate the Cloud MSP transition and related initiatives across technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors.
- Provide clear stakeholder communications and escalate delivery risks promptly.
Skills Required
- Proven project management experience across IT operations and managed services environments.
- Robust governance, financial tracking and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical experience facilitating Agile ways of working.
- Experience coordinating external service providers and cross-functional teams.
- Cloud or managed services transition experience would be highly regarded.
