Ethos BeathChapman is partnering with a highly regarded investment organisation experiencing significant growth and expansion. With a substantial investment mandate and a genuine focus on supporting Australian industry, innovation and long-term economic development, our client is building a market-leading investment platform and is seeking an experienced risk qualified to join its growing Investment Risk team.

The Role

Reporting to the Director, Investment Risk, you will provide independent review and challenge across a diverse portfolio of debt, equity and partnership investments. Working closely with investment teams, you will assess transactions, prepare investment risk opinions, review due diligence findings and contribute to ongoing portfolio monitoring and risk management activities. This role offers exposure to complex transactions, senior stakeholders and the opportunity to help shape risk frameworks within a growing investment environment.

About You

You will bring:

- 8+ years' experience in investment risk, institutional credit, commercial banking,



private credit or project finance
- Strong credit and financial analysis skills
- Experience assessing complex lending or investment transactions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to project finance, SME lending, venture capital or private markets will be highly regarded
- Experience across industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure or energy-related sectors is advantageous
