You will translate strategic priorities into roadmaps and backlog items, and collaborate with Experience, Brand, Digital and delivery teams to deliver measurable, member-led outcomes.

You will lead squad rituals, prioritise work based on member value and business impact, and balance scope, time and quality while engaging
