We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Full Time Store Manager to lead our Rainbow Beach store at Australia The Gift. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- 1. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
- 2. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure brand standards are met at all times
- 3. Drive sales growth and achieve store budgets, targets, and KPIs
- 4. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- 5. Oversee stock control, inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
- 6. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
- 7.



Prepare and manage staff rosters in line with operational needs and labour budgets
- 8. Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS requirements, and retail procedures
- 9. Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve results

About You

- 1. Proven experience in a Store Manager or Senior Retail Leadership role
- 2. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail, with demonstrated leadership capability
- 3. Strong people management, coaching, and performance management skills
- 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5. Results-driven with strong commercial awareness
- 6. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- 8. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts
- 9. Competent computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office
