The role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential portfolio of approximately 185 properties, including:
- Landlord and tenant communication
- Maintenance and repairs
- Arrears management
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Tribunal matters where required
- Compliance and portfolio administration
- General day-to-day management of the portfolio
You’ll be trusted to manage your portfolio properly, while still having the support of an experienced and collaborative team around you.

About you
We’re looking for someone with solid residential Property Management experience who is confident managing a portfolio autonomously.
You’ll be organised, proactive, strong with clients and comfortable handling the full lifecycle of a portfolio.
You will also need:
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
This would suit an experienced PM who wants a quality portfolio, a beautiful working environment and a bit more flexibility, without stepping into a massive corporate structure.
