Hudson is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager for a 12-month contract in Sydney. You will lead HR operations and employee experience across ANZ, serving as the primary HR contact for employees and managers to guide on employee relations, compliance, and lifecycle activities.
You will partner with regional and global stakeholders, drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, relocations and exits in a hybrid Sydney CBD setup.
