As a result of our continued success in the AUNZ region, we’re looking for a passionate and commercially savvy digital marketing expert to drive the digital and eCommerce presence of Bondi Sands, while also supporting key brands across the broader Kao portfolio. Working across our valued retail partners and direct-to-consumer channels, you will help showcase our brands, engage customers and deliver sustainable online growth.

What is the role?

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, AUNZ, the Digital & Ecommerce Manager will lead the digital and eCommerce strategy for Bondi Sands, while also supporting other key brands across the Kao portfolio, including John Frieda, Bioré and Biozet Attack.

With Bondi

Sands as a focus, you will work closely with Global Digital and Ecommerce teams and local Sales and Marketing partners to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, eRetail and direct-to-consumer growth, while improving the online customer experience and commercial performance.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Develop and execute AUNZ digital marketing and eCommerce strategies aligned with global brand, marketing and commercial objectives.
- Lead the digital arm of the Marketing team, including managing, coaching and developing one direct report.
- Build brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention strategies across paid search, paid social, email, loyalty and other digital channels, optimising campaigns and investment to improve performance.




- Own the direct-to-consumer channel strategy and trading performance, including revenue growth, profitability, promotional planning and conversion.
- Manage and optimise eCommerce websites and the end-to-end customer journey, using testing, analytics and insights to improve user experience, functionality and conversion.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and deliver eRetail strategies that grow performance across new and existing retail partners.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, developers and other external partners, while collaborating with Global and local stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes.
- Manage digital and eCommerce budgets, including forecasting, expenditure, project costs and invoice reconciliation.
- Monitor and report on website, content, campaign and channel performance, translating data and emerging digital trends into recommendations that improve online sales and return on investment.

So, who are you?

You could be our Digital & Ecommerce Manager AUNZ! This is an incredible prospect for a passionate, commercially minded digital professional to make an impact across Bondi Sands and the broader Kao portfolio.

You bring more than five years’ experience in digital and eCommerce roles within FMCG, beauty, fashion or retail, supported by tertiary qualifications in marketing, commerce or a related discipline. You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce principles, including paid search and social, email, loyalty, influencer marketing and eRetail.

With hands on experience across Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta, Google and TikTok advertising,



you understand the end-to-end digital customer journey and know how to use campaign and website data to improve user experience, conversion, online sales and return on investment. You are also confident managing agency partners, budgets, forecasts and invoices.

Proactive, adaptable and highly collaborative, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently manage competing priorities. You build trusted, effective relationships across a broad range of stakeholders including global teams, agencies, retailers and internal partners and bring people together to deliver solid commercial outcomes.
