Dream Pursue Grow Support provides warm, person-centred Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Behaviour Support, and Support Worker assistance for participants and families seeking clear guidance, stronger connections, and better outcomes across everyday life.

We support people to build capacity and work towards their individual goals in daily living, community participation and social connection. We also work closely with trusted providers, quality support workers, therapists and other professionals to create meaningful, coordinated support around each person.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, caring and person-centred Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis, supporting participants across the southern end of the coast.

This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys helping people achieve their goals, build confidence and participate in everyday life. You will work alongside participants to provide practical and emotional support while encouraging independence, choice and meaningful community connection.

Every person is different, so we are looking for someone who can listen, adapt and build genuine relationships while maintaining professional boundaries and a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on each participant's individual needs and goals, your responsibilities may include:

- Providing respectful,



person-centred support in the home and community
- Supporting participants with daily living activities and routines
- Assisting with community access, appointments, shopping and social activities
- Supporting participants to build confidence, independence and life skills
- Encouraging social connection and participation in the community
- Following individual support plans, goals and relevant behaviour support strategies
- Supporting participants to make their own choices and work towards their goals
- Maintaining accurate and timely support notes and documentation
- Respecting participant privacy, dignity, rights and personal choices
- Identifying and communicating any changes or concerns appropriately
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive professional team

About You We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, dependable and punctual
- Warm, compassionate and genuinely interested in supporting people
- Person-centred and respectful of individual choice and autonomy
- Patient, calm and able to adapt to different situations
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team
- Professional and able to maintain appropriate boundaries

- Flexible and available for casual shifts as required

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in disability, community services, aged care, mental health or a related support role is desirable
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check, where required
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Australian driver's licence
- Reliable, insured vehicle suitable for participant transport, where required
- Ability to obtain or provide relevant NDIS worker compliance documentation
- Right to work in Australia
