About the role

Country Kidz Preschool is seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team in multiple positions across our Tatura, Victoria facility. We are recruiting for Cert III & Diploma Educators to work full-time within our early childhood education and care service. These roles are integral to delivering quality care and education to children, supporting their development and wellbeing whilst creating positive experiences that lay the foundation for lifelong learning.

What you'll be doing

As an Educator, you will:

- Provide direct care and education to children in accordance with our curriculum framework and educational philosophy
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities that promote cognitive, physical, social and emotional growth
- Build positive relationships with children and families, fostering communication and trust
- Maintain safe, clean and stimulating learning environments that encourage exploration and creativity
- Support children's wellbeing, including health, nutrition, hygiene and behavioural guidance
- Document children's progress and development through observation and assessment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care across the service





What we're looking for For Educator positions, you will ideally have:

- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (such as Cert III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- A Working with Children Check (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity and a genuine passion for working with young children
- Knowledge of child development and early learning frameworks
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
