Daystars Bardwell is currently seeking a passionate diploma educator to join our beautiful 60 place early learning centre as babies room leader .We are seeking candidates for the role of room leader join our team asap.

This lovely centre is located in a quiet and beautiful suburb Bardwell valley (Arncliff).We have 2 outdoor play area as well as spacious, well resourced indoor play areas.

Room Leader responsibilities:

- Experienced working with children aged 0-5
- Must have great communication skills to effectively liaise with both staff and parents.
- Be confident planning and programming for children aged 0 – 5
- Be available to work on the displayed days and times
- Be looking to commit to a role long-term

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Diploma who want to pursue room leader position

- Support and liaise with Centre manager
- Conduct team meetings on a regular basis
- Attend professional development trainings and workshops
