APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR OF PASTORAL CARE AND BOARDING
Full-time, residential position | Commencing January 2027
Esperance Anglican Community School seeks a committed and approachable leader to oversee pastoral care across the school and lead its Boarding House.
This position has become available following the internal promotion of the staff member who previously led both pastoral care and boarding. With boarding and school enrolments at their highest level in the school’s history, the successful applicant will have the prospect to build on strong foundations and play a key role in the continued growth of both the school and its boarding community.
Reporting to the Principal, the Director of Pastoral Care and Boarding will develop and guide age-appropriate strategies, structures and programs that support students’ wellbeing and their spiritual, emotional and character development.
The Director of Pastoral Care and Boarding will help strengthen a positive pastoral culture across the school, consistent with its vision, values and Anglican tradition.
