***About your opportunity:
As the Director People and Culture Transformation, you will lead the design and delivery of a people and culture transformation strategy and resulting program for Townsville Hospital and Health Service. Driving impactful people and culture projects and fostering alignment across existing initiatives, this role ensures a holistic approach to transformation across Townsville Hospital and Health Service, encompassing people, processes, systems, and policy development to embed transformative practices in all aspects of the organisation.
The Director is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping a values-driven culture and leading organisation wide strategies. A central focus is on leading a program of work to deliver the transformation required to realise the ambitions of the Townsville Hospital and Health Service Workforce Strategy 2026 - 2030.
This is a permanent full-time position.

Competitive salary and benefits
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
Salary range: $160,092 to $169,398 p.a. (AO8)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in organisational development, human resource management, organisational behaviour, psychology or related field is highly desirable.
Advanced studies in leadership, change management or project managemnent would be highly valued.
A relevant master's qualification is desirable.
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
Probation period may apply.
