Director – Real Estate Private Capital | Sydney

We are currently working on a Director/Senior Director level, Private Capital opportunity with a well-established and growing real estate investment platform.

The mandate is focused on raising private capital for direct real estate investment opportunities, with a particular emphasis on ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and sophisticated private investors.

We are looking for someone with a genuine track record of directly pitching investment opportunities and raising capital from private investors rather than purely institutional fundraising or intermediary distribution.

The ideal candidate will bring:

- 7–15+ years' experience across private capital, real estate investment, funds management, private wealth or a related environment
- An established network across UHNW investors and family offices




- Demonstrated experience raising capital directly from private investors
- The ability to originate relationships, pitch individual investment opportunities and convert those relationships into capital
- Strong knowledge of real estate investment and the ability to confidently discuss transactions, returns, structures and investment strategy with sophisticated investors

This is a senior, relationship-led capital raising role and an chance to play an important part in the continued growth of a high-quality real estate investment platform.
