We are looking for a Good Human with particular skills and qualities to assist a fabulous man, who has disability.
You will be joining a small team supporting one man to live in his own home with his housemate, to be included in the community and live his very best life.
The man has complex health needs so we are looking for a new team member who has a good understanding of health care, who is confident learning about and responding to individual health needs.

You will:
· Be part of a small team working person-centred with one (1) man in his home and community
· Have the opportunity to establish a strong rapport with the man, his family and friends
· See and be part of delivering the benefits of best practice in individualised support
· Have the opportunity to work 15-30 regular hours a week, including weekends and overnights
· Be employed in a casual position with fortnightly roster - (permanency offered after probation period)
· Get comprehensive induction and ongoing training and mentoring
· Have great working conditions and good wages based on experience and qualifications
You don't need previous disability support experience – we will provide comprehensive training and support to help you learn everything you need to know.
We are looking for someone with a good foundation in health care who is confident learning about and responding to individual health needs.
