Join Wallara's Live (Accomodation) Team at Our Current Location in Rosebud

Wallara is seeking passionate and dedicated Support Coaches and a Senior Support Coach to join our Live division at our new home in Rosebud. You will support people with disability to achieve their goals, build independence, and participate in meaningful activities both at home and within the community.

Whether you're an experienced Support Coach looking to make a difference or a Senior Support Coach ready to provide leadership and mentoring to a team, we'd love to hear from you.

We currently have available

- 3 x Part-Time Support Coach positions (49.5-54 hours per fortnight)
- 1 x Part-Time Senior Support Coach position (57 hours per fortnight)

Shifts will include mornings, afternoons, weekends, nights (sleep over shifts) and public holidays. To be considered for these roles, you must be available to work across these shift types. Please include in your cover letter which position you are applying for.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience supporting people with disability and varying support needs
- Passion for empowering people with disability to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives
- Leadership experience and the ability to support a team (Senior Support Coach position)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to person-centred support, community inclusion, and advocacy
- Strong administration, written communication and computer skills to ensure accurate and timely documentation
- A resourceful and innovative approach to creating opportunities for the people we support
- Experience implementing individualised plans
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Commitment to the principles of WHS, EEO,



Cultural Diversity and all relevant legislation
- Certificate III or IV in Disability is highly desirable.

Must haves

- Right to work in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Full Victorian driver licence
- Certificate in First Aid Level 2 + CPR.
