About the role

We are seeking an experienced Draftsperson with residential and ArchiCAD experience as we embark on some exciting projects with focus on major growth for this business.

If you have been working in a drafting role within the residential construction industry and are seeking to move into something more varied including learning how to do bushfire assessments, energy assessments and more, then we would love to hear from you.

Skills & Experience the successful candidate will come with are;

- Must have drivers licence
- Must have previous relative industry experience
- Sound construction knowledge
- Thorough understanding of local government regulations, Building Codes Australia and R Codes
- Minimum Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or the equivalent
- High ability to provide effective solutions, advice and resolve drafting enquiries




- Provide accurate and timely drafting work as requested
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure
- High standards in delivery and attention to detail
- High organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- High accountability and responsibility
- Be a team player and assisting the company channels that require additional resources
