SPARE PARTS SALES (Agricultural Machinery)Join our team at GW Tractors Braeside Location, specialising in Tractor and Machinery Spare Parts.Monday to Friday 38 hours, NO WEEKEND WORK.Australian work rights are required for this position.We are the friendly Agricultural Parts People and for over 50 years we have been providing spare parts for tractors and machinery Australia wide.You will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and supplying spare parts to our customers, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately solve customer enquiries and requirements in a timely mannerProcess parts enquiries, orders,
and invoicingInterpret spare parts using manufacturer catalogues and systemsEffectively utilise the spare parts and other associated electronic software and toolsPerform stocktakes and maintain accurate inventoryGeneral warehousing duties: picking, packing, and receiving partsAssist in warehouse and other tasks as requiredRequirements:Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (construction, agricultural, or automotive)Mechanical aptitude or equipment knowledge is highly regardedProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)Robust communication and customer service skillsAbility to work under pressure and prioritise tasksOnly shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
