This permanent part-time opportunity is ideally suited to someone who can work independently, while also contributing as a valued member of a collaborative clinical team.About the roleYou'll work closely with our GPs and practice team, supporting a range of clinical and patient care activities including:Immunisations and vaccinationsWound care and dressingsHealth assessments and care planningChronic disease management supportPatient recalls and follow-up activitiesInfection control and quality improvement initiativesClinical documentation and administrative supportAbout youTo be successful in this role,
