Job Description
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Beaumont Tiles, providing expert advice and helping customers find the right solutions for their projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering outstanding customer service and project adviceAssisting customers with product selection across tiles, flooring and bathroomwarePreparing quotes and converting opportunities into salesBuilding strong relationships with retail, trade and builder customersIdentifying upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesMaintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standardsWorking collaboratively with the team to achieve store sales targets
