We are expanding our Home Care team and are seeking caring, reliable, and community-minded Home Care Workers to join us in the Monash City area, and surrounding communities.This is meaningful and rewarding work where you can see the positive impact you make in clients lives every day.LocationsAshwoodClaytonChadstoneGlen WaverleyHughesdaleHuntingdaleMount WaverleyMulgraveNotting HillWheelers HillAbout the roleAs a Home Care Worker, you will travel between clients homes, providing personal care, social support, community access, domestic assistance and household support that helps maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.Part Time positionGuaranteed minimum of 20 hours per fortnightAvailability required across 3 (or more) weekdays per week during day time hoursTravelling between clients homes within Monash City, and surrounding areasKey ResponsibilitiesProvide domestic assistance and household support tailored to each clients individual needs.Perform a range of household duties, including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, changing bed linen, and general tidyingSupport clients to maintain a protected, clean, and comfortable home environment that promotes independence and wellbeingBuild positive, respectful,



and skilled relationships with clients and their families through regular interactionsDeliver services in a manner that respects each clients cultural, spiritual, and personal preferencesAccurately maintain client records and complete required documentationWork collaboratively with colleagues and the broader care team to achieve positive outcomes for clientsWhat we're looking forWe're seeking compassionate and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting older people to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.You will bring:Experience in a home care, aged care, community care, or domestic support/cleaning role (desirable)A genuine commitment to providing person-centred care and supporting positive client outcomesAn understanding of the importance of delivering high-quality services to clients and their familiesThe ability to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a collaborative teamStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building meaningful client relationshipsA commitment to maintaining safe, clean, and comfortable home environmentsAlignment with our BEST philosophy – Believe, Excel, Support and TrustMandatory requirementsApplicants must have, or be willing to obtain:A current Victorian Driver Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicleCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationWorking with Children Check (Employee)National Police CheckUp-to-date vaccinations in accordance with Uniting AgeWell's Vaccination PolicyFull Australian working rightsBy applying for this role, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent requirements outlined in the relevant position description.Home Care Worker PDAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.
