The successful candidate with have a real passion for customer service and all things Italian.Casual - 30 hours per week.This is a great opportunity for a seasoned hospo legend looking to step back from the intensity of full time management, or an up-and-coming supervisor ready to take the next step and prove themselves.Your responsibilities will include:Supervising and supporting the FOH team during serviceTaking an active leadership role during busy shiftsHelping coordinate the floor and ensuring service runs smoothlyHelping maintain high standards of service,
