Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating unforgettable dining and social experiences.
You'll be part of a team that knows great service is about more than simply taking an order, it's about reading the room, anticipating what guests need and bringing the right energy to every interaction.
Your day may include:
Delivering warm, confident and personalised service across our F&B; outletsTaking orders and delivering food and beverages accurately and efficientlyMaintaining tables, service areas and stations to a high standardSupporting smooth service flow between the restaurant, bar, terrace, pool and eventsAnswering guest questions and making menu recommendationsWorking closely with the kitchen, bar, reservations and wider hotel teamsSupporting VIPs, special occasions,



events and activationsHandling guest requests and feedback professionallyFollowing RSA, food safety, workplace health and safety and hotel standards
Qualifications
We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and love creating great experiences for others.
You'll bring:
Previous hospitality, F&B; or customer service experience is preferredA confident, friendly and positive personalityThe ability to stay calm, organised and guest-focused during busy periodsStrong communication and teamwork skillsGreat attention to detail and pride in presentationA flexible attitude and willingness to jump in wherever neededPOS experience, or the ability to learn new systems quicklyA current RSA, or willingness to obtain oneAvailability to work a flexible casual roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
