About the role

Early Minds Lidcombe is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a passionate, confident and professional ECT with a minimum of 2 years' demonstrated experience working in an ECT role.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based educational programs

- Support individual children's learning and developmental goals

- Build strong relationships with children and families

- Work collaboratively with educators and service leadership

- Strong commitment to child safety, supervision and high-quality practice

About you

- ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification

- Minimum 2 years' experience as an ECT

- Current NESA accreditation/registration where required

- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards

- Strong programming, observations and documentation skills

- Current Working With Children Check
