Children’s Village Spring Farm is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) / Room Leader to lead our 4–5-year-old program and inspire a love of learning in our children.

About the Role
As the Room Leader for our 4–5 room, you will:
- Lead and implement a high quality play based educational program aligned with the EYLF and NQS
- Support children’s school readiness through engaging and intentional teaching practices
- Guide and mentor educators within the room
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current NESA registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience as a Room Leader or Assistant Room Leader
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and assessment/documentation practices
- Behaviour management strategies and experience working with children who live with additional needs
- Valid WWCC and Police Check
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management (or willing to obtain)
- Leadership experience or confidence to lead a team
- Passion for creating meaningful learning environments for children
