E&I; Technician / Fixed Plant Electrician | FIFO ex Perth | 2/2, 8/6 or 2/1

Fixed Plant Electricians and E&I; Technicians: Choose a set swing on a rostered crew, build broader experience on ad-hoc work, or combine the two. $75 to $85 per hour plus super, FIFO ex Perth.

The work:

Mader's fixed plant crews work across a range of clients and processing plants, so you're not tied to one site. One swing you might be fault-finding on conveyor drives and VSDs, the next you're working on field instrumentation, or assisting with HV switching programs. Different control systems, different problems. Your experience builds faster than it would on a single plant.

Day to day, the work is preventative maintenance, breakdowns and repairs, and a solid amount of diagnostic work.

Rosters:

We're growing our rostered maintenance crews, which run set swings, with 2/2, 8/6 and 2/1 rosters available, so you know when you're on site, when you're home, and can plan around it. If you'd prefer to move between sites and build experience quickly, ad-hoc work will get you across more plants and more equipment in less time. Many of our crew do a combination of both.

This is a FIFO role ex Perth. Interstate applicants are welcome. Travel to and from Perth is at your own cost,



though it may be possible to offset this through salary sacrificing.

Who we're after:

You might already be working FIFO and want more variety than your current site offers. Or you've been working on industrial or processing plant and want to move into mining. Either way, you'll need sound fault-finding experience on fixed plant or heavy industrial equipment, and the ability to work a problem through on your own.

Tickets:

- WA Electrical Licence
- Cert IV in Instrumentation or a HV Switching licence (either is fine)
- Current driver's licence, Working at Heights, Confined Space, First Aid and LVR/CPR
- National Police Check from the last 3 to 6 months, or willing to obtain one.
