Where could this role take you?

You might join us today as an electrician, but that doesn't mean that's where you have to stay. As we continue to grow, we need people who can become:

- Project Supervisors
- Technical Specialists

And if leadership isn't your thing, that's okay too. There are opportunities to develop technically across solar, batteries, off-grid systems, commercial electrical, air conditioning, generators, testing and commissioning and emerging electrical technology. We don't want No Hassalls to be a sweat shop where the only measure of a good electrician is how many billable hours they punched out that week. Of course, we need to be productive. We're a business.

The work

You won't be stuck doing the same type of job every day.

- Off-grid and hybrid power systems
- Air conditioning
- EV chargers
- Generators and changeover systems
- Testing and commissioning
- Larger commercial and project work
- Rural and remote projects

There's plenty to learn, and we don't expect you to already know all of it.

Who we're looking for

The person matters more to us than having the perfect résumé. We're looking for someone who:

- Takes pride in their workmanship
- Takes ownership of their jobs
- Communicates with customers and the team
- Can work independently
- Is willing to learn
- Is willing to teach and help apprentices
- Doesn't walk past a problem because "it's not my job"
- Can admit when they don't know something and ask
- Brings ideas and solutions to the table
- Wants to develop professionally
- Wants to be part of a team rather than simply collect a pay cheque

You'll need a current electrical licence recognised in the NT and a driver's licence. Solar, battery, AC, commercial or project experience is an advantage, but we can teach technical skills to the right person.
