Your new role

Join the Permanent Nurse Pool within Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS), providing person-centred care across mental health units at Logan Hospital, Princess Alexandra Hospital, Redlands Hospital and other community locations.

- Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across addiction and mental health services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Use your clinical knowledge and skills to plan, deliver and evaluate delegated patient care, while adapting to changing models of care.
- Work collaboratively with patients, carers, nurses and the broader healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
- Contribute to quality, safety, education and professional development initiatives within the clinical environment.

About You We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse who brings sound clinical knowledge, a collaborative approach and a commitment to person-centred mental health care.

- Hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse and have medication endorsement.
- Demonstrate clinical knowledge and a commitment to developing skills in addiction and mental health care.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate integrity, empathy, respect and a commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
