There is an exciting opportunity for an FP&A; Manager to join this impressive finance team and support the long term planning of the organisation. Duties will include
Lead the group budgets and forecasting process
Provide high level variance analysis and identify discrepancies
Become a trusted business partner to operational teams
Work closely with the Commercial Manager on strategic planning initiatives
Preparation of board packs
Take a lead on the medium and long term planning initiatives for the group
Provide commercial insights and suggestions to support business growth
Assist on major capital projects
Identify continuous improvement opportunities across the finance and commercial teams
To be considered you will be CA or CPA qualified and have spent 5+ years in a FP&A; focussed role for a large, complex organisation. You will have previously owned an entire budgeting and forecasting process, have exposure to consolidations of budgets, and be comfortable partnering with non-finance teams.
