Due to significant growth and increasing demand, we are looking for an exceptional Doctor to join our growing team in Horsley Park.

This is an opportunity to work alongside the Principal Doctor and Occupational Health Specialist, supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, in a up-to-date occupational health environment where quality of care is genuinely valued.

The Chance

We are seeking a Doctor who is passionate about occupational medicine and enjoys working in a practical, patient focused environment.

You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of occupational health services, including:

- Injury management consultations for workers compensation patients
- Telehealth consultations for injured workers, including active workers compensation claims and early intervention
- Pre employment medical assessments
- Occupational health monitoring and surveillance
- Return to work and recovery at work consultations
- Functional and capacity assessments
- Communication with employers, insurers and other treating practitioners where required
- Supporting early identification and intervention for workplace injuries

The role can be structured around your availability, with full time, part time and virtual opportunities available.

Who We Are Looking For





We are looking for an exceptional Doctor who takes pride in their clinical work and wants to match the quality of care and service our customers have come to expect.

You may be an experienced Occupational Health Doctor, an experienced GP looking to develop a career in occupational medicine, or a Doctor looking for a flexible clinical role outside traditional general practice.

Occupational medicine experience is highly desirable, but not essential.

What matters most is your clinical capability, communication skills, professionalism and genuine interest in occupational medicine.

GPs are also encouraged to apply.

You will be supported to develop your occupational health knowledge and skills while working alongside experienced occupational health clinicians.

About You

You will ideally have:

- Appropriate medical indemnity insurance, ABN or willingness to obtain
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A professional and patient centred approach
- An interest in occupational medicine
- The ability to work collaboratively with other health professionals
- A commitment to high quality clinical documentation and patient care

Occupational medicine experience is advantageous, but Doctors with solid general practice experience and an interest in developing in this field are encouraged to apply.
