Bethanie is seeking a Manager - Refurbishment Projects to lead a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, restoration and property improvement initiatives across our Retirement Villages. This hands-on role covers from scope to handover, including engaging contractors and ensuring delivery to Bethanie standards.
You will oversee Independent Living Unit restorations, minor capital works and upgrades, with travel to sites as required and a adaptable arrangement including working from home.
