We’re looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused team members to join our Operations Team for the upcoming Events and Summer Season.

Whether you’re welcoming guests, operating rides, hosting parties or serving delicious treats, every role helps bring the magic of Luna Park to life.

Positions we are recruiting for include:

Ride Attendants (must be 18 or older)

Before You Apply

Our busiest periods are weekends, Victorian school holidays and the summer season, so strong availability during these periods is essential.

We're looking for applicants who can commit to:

A minimum of 4 shifts per week

Regular weekend availability

Strong availability throughout our October & November events season, as well as the December & January Summer School Holidays.

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, a cover letter is required to be considered for this position.

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment

Willingness to jump in and help where needed

A team player who enjoys creating great guest experiences

Requirements

Working with Children Check (must have applied for or obtained prior to starting)

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a valid medical exemption

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, barista, food & beverage, sales or retail is highly regarded but not essential.
