About the Role

You’ll lead a team of Service Coordinators responsible for delivering responsive, high-quality facilities maintenance services to clients across Australia.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Service Coordinators to achieve their full potential.
- Driving team engagement, accountability and performance through regular coaching and feedback.
- Managing workflow, scheduling and service delivery to achieve customer and contractual KPIs.
- Building trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Analysing operational data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Supporting new client onboarding and implementing best-practice service delivery.
- Promoting a culture of safety, collaboration and operational excellence.

About You:

- You're a leader who enjoys bringing out the best in people and creating an environment where teams can thrive.
- Leadership experience within facilities management would be ideal.
- The ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
- Solid planning and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and service management systems.
