Berry Street is seeking a dedicated residential care worker in the Northern Victoria area (Homes on Wurundjeri Country). This ongoing, full time role offers a base salary of $71K to $80K per year pro rata, plus salary packaging, super, and penalty rates.
You will deliver therapeutic care, support trauma-informed practices, and contribute to a safe, healing home for young people in care. The role requires a Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent and a drivers licence.
