You'll be the first point of contact for our residents, guests and customers, helping bring The Switch brand to life every day.This role is a unique blend of administration and customer service.
You'll spend much of your time managing resident administration, payments and our property management systems, while also supporting our community through face‐to‐face interactions, property tours, events and day‐to‐day resident enquiries.At The Switch, we're building more than student accommodation.

Every interaction matters, and the person in this role understands that great service isn't one‐size‐fits‐all.
Some residents need support and guidance, others simply want a friendly face and a sense of belonging.A few things to know before applyingFull-time position (38 hours per week).
Your roster will be either Tuesday - Saturday OR Sunday - Thursday.
We can be flexible based on your preferences where possible.8 hour shifts are either 10am - 6pm OR 11am - 7pm (we do not operate a 24/7 reception)We're looking to hire quickly and applications will be reviewed as they are receivedWHY JOIN THE SWITCH?

We're building a community‐led lifestyle brand for the next generation of students, creatives, young professionals and entrepreneurs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBe one of the first faces and first points of contact for residents, guests and customersDeliver an exceptional, brand-led customer experience across face‐to‐face, phone, email and social channelsManage resident administration including leases, RTBA bond compliance requirements and payment systemsConduct property tours and support prospective residents through the leasing journeyBuild genuine relationships with residents so they feel part of a community, not just a buildingSupport events, activations and initiatives that bring residents togetherComplete operational and administrative tasks including audits, reporting, inspections and process improvementsMaintain high presentation standards across apartments and common areasWork collaboratively with the broader team to improve processes and enhance the resident experienceABOUT YOUYou genuinely enjoy helping people and building relationshipsYou're highly organised and take pride in getting the details rightYou enjoy a mix of focused administration and customer-facing workYou have strong emotional intelligence and know how to adapt your approach.
