Freight Handlers / Parcel Sorters needed!
Our Client is looking for Sidekicks to join their existing teams of Freight Handlers at their Boronia Road/ Brisbane Airport location.We are building a talent pool as we will be getting busier in the coming weeks and there will regular shifts available.This role involves a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:Manual sorting of parcelsLoading parcels onto conveyersmoving stock from pallets and placing into crates or onto conveyorLoading and unloading trucks and containersPacking ULD cagesUse of a manual pallet jack and RF scannerAM Shifts: 7.30am - 3.30pmRate: TBCStart on Monday 2nd November ****Requirements:A valid police check obtained within the last 12 monthsNegative Drug and Alcohol TestOnline Induction Training ( 3 modules)YELLOW Hi-vis vest with reflective stripes and steel capped bootsExcellent communications skills, written and verbalAbility to lift up to 20kgs on a consistent basis, and to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.Willingness to follow all COVID-19 safety guidelines and recommendationsEnthusiasm, and unafraid of hard work!
Willing to undergo a full medical test including drug and alcohol testing
