About you:

- A qualified Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineer.
- Experienced in overseeing and improving operational engineering, manufacturing and maintenance initiatives.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys 'rolling the sleeves up' and getting your hands dirty.
- Skilled at applying LEAN, Agile, and C.I. initiatives.
- Experienced with leading practices across multiple sites - Australia, China and Thailand.
- Strong project management skills including CAPEX projects.
- A no-compromise approach to safety.

What you will be doing:

- Driving & improving operational efficiency, reliability and scalability.
- Making disciplined ROI decisions.
- Developing the global manufacturing and engineering standards.




- Playing a hands-on role in leading a small team of people.
- Improving reliability, efficiency and focusing on downtime reduction.
- Ensuring compliance and operational risk reduction.
- Applying strong commercial acumen to engineering decisions.
