What you'll be doing As an Enrolled Nurse in the Haematology/BMT C5a Ward, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse,



supporting patients with complex and often life-threatening conditions. You will contribute to safe, compassionate and evidence-based care while developing your clinical skills in a highly specialised setting. Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Deliver direct nursing care aligned with care plans and RN supervision
- Monitor, recognise and escalate changes in patient condition appropriately
- Support patients with activities of daily living and emotional care needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe care
