Our growing Support at Home program helps older people live safely and independently in their own homes. Services are tailored to individual needs and may include clinical care, allied health, personal support and assistance with daily living.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Enrolled Nurse to join our Home Care team supporting clients across the Perth Metro region. This is a part-time opportunity working Monday & Friday, from 8:00am to 13:00pm, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a healthy work-life balance and make more time for the things you love outside of work.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with clients in their homes, building trusted relationships and empowering them to remain independent and connected to their community. You’ll enjoy autonomy in your role, while being backed by strong clinical support, ongoing training and guidance from an experienced Home Care leadership team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Availability to work on Monday & Friday each week.
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle.
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting (desirable).
- Clinical assessment skills and the ability to recognise and respond to changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
- Experience administering medications and delivering high-quality nursing and personal care within scope of practice.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
- Experience contributing to care planning, clinical documentation and resident assessments.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A National Police Clearance, or the willingness to obtain one.

Successful candidates are required to attend a 3-day orientation and induction program, held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the start of employment.
