About the role

Deliver person-centred, evidence-based nursing care within your scope of practice.

Support the development and review of individual care plans alongside the RN and patient.

Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Midwives and the multidisciplinary team.

Build positive therapeutic relationships through robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that support safe, effective patient care.

About you

Hold a Diploma of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.

Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care, working with the RN to plan, deliver and evaluate patient care.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and maintain a safe clinical environment.

Demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice,



quality improvement and ongoing career development.

Bring strong communication, empathy, integrity and respect when working with patients, carers and colleagues.

What we offer

Total remuneration value of up to $91,510 p.a. is comprised of:

An hourly rate between $38.11 - $40.45 p.h.

12.75% employer superannuation contribution
