An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Risk professional to join a growing and diversified organisation at a pivotal stage of its risk maturity journey.

This role will be instrumental in assessing, designing and embedding a contemporary enterprise risk management framework across the group. Reporting to a senior executive stakeholder, you will have the opportunity to shape risk capability from the ground up, partnering closely with business leaders to establish best-practice frameworks, governance structures, controls and reporting mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct a comprehensive review of the current risk management environment across the group.
- Design, implement and continuously improve the enterprise risk management framework.
- Establish and maintain enterprise risk registers, risk appetite frameworks and governance processes.
- Develop operational risk management methodologies and controls frameworks.
- Build risk reporting and monitoring capabilities, including KRIs and risk dashboards.
- Partner with senior leadership and business units to embed risk awareness and accountability.




- Support enterprise-wide risk assessments and strategic risk initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of risk policies, procedures and risk governance practices.

About You You are a highly credible risk professional with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and implement practical risk solutions within complex environments.

You will bring:

- Significant experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or Operational Risk.
- Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, governance, controls and risk maturity models.
- Experience designing and uplifting enterprise-wide risk programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
