- Working a dedicated Brisbane territory every day, starting genuine conversations with homeowners about solar and battery solutions
- Qualifying real interest, identifying genuine need, and booking consultations for our senior Solar and Battery Consultants
- Competing on live leaderboards with a high-energy team that raises the standard every single week
- Owning your territory, your pipeline, and your results from the moment you walk through the door
- Getting structured daily coaching from leaders who built their own careers from this exact starting point
- Progressing rapid through a clear pathway tied entirely to what you produce
