What You'll Be Doing

- Hitting Perth suburbs every day with a clear target, a dedicated territory, and a team around you that pushes the standard higher every week
- Building genuine rapport with homeowners fast and qualifying real interest in solar and battery solutions
- Competing on live leaderboards every single day, tracking your own data and using it to improve your performance
- Getting daily structured coaching from leaders who understand what it means to be coached properly and actually apply it
- Taking full accountability for your numbers, your pipeline, and your progression from week one
- Moving up through a progression structure that rewards output and absolutely nothing else
