- Getting out across Sydney every day, having real conversations with homeowners about solar and battery solutions

- Qualifying genuine interest and booking high quality consultations for our senior Solar and Battery Consultants

- Pushing hard on daily targets with a team around you that holds a genuinely high standard every single week

- Taking full ownership of your territory, your numbers, and your progression from the moment you start

- Absorbing daily coaching and applying it in the field immediately, not just in a training room

- Building a complete, transferable sales skill set that pays dividends for the rest of your career
