You’ll join an ambitious, close knit team and develop practical skills in sales, communication, negotiation and leadership, while representing some of Australia’s leading brands.

No previous sales experience is required. Full paid training, ongoing coaching and mentorship are provided.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll work across face to face sales campaigns, engaging directly with customers through residential and business to business sales. From day one, you’ll learn how to:

- Communicate confidently and build genuine relationships with customers
- Develop strong face to face sales and negotiation skills
- Represent leading Australian brands professionally
- Acquire new customers through direct sales campaigns
- Work towards clear individual and team KPIs
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback
- Build resilience, confidence and a strong performance mindset
- Develop the foundations required for future leadership and management

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive base + superannuation + weekly performance bonuses + uncapped commissions





- Realistic OTE of $70,000 to $100,000 in your first year as you develop
