DingGo is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable communicator to join our Communications team on the frontline of enquiries. Your focus will be taking First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls, capturing incident details, offering reassurance, and guiding customers through next steps, reporting to the Claims & Communications Manager.

You’ll be the first point of contact for the Accident Management Assist line and general business enquiries, handling calls and emails with care and accuracy.
