Use critical thinking and clinical expertise to assess and manage minor injuries and illnesses, with patient safety always front and centre.Support and inspire.Provide clinical leadership, share your knowledge and mentor nursing staff across the team, helping everyone deliver their best care.Make a difference beyond the bedside. Take ownership of a quality portfolio and contribute to clinical practice, education and research, while supporting the team and stepping into leadership when needed.About you:Registered with the NMBA, with strong assessment, clinical and problem-solving skills. Emergency, acute care, minor injury/illness, paediatric or autonomous practice experience is a bonus.Deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centred care with a strong focus on positive patient outcomes.Keen to grow your skills,
