With an established customer base and exceptional products, you'll help clients create spaces they love while driving sales and maximising commission. It's consultative, high-value selling where strong results are genuinely recognised and rewarded.
You're a confident closer who loves building rapport, understanding what customers really want and turning ideas into sales. Furniture, kitchens, quote & measure, interiors or other big-ticket sales experience will translate beautifully. You'll be commercially driven, polished and motivated by targets, great products and uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities include
- Deliver a premium,
consultative showroom experience
- Understand clients' needs and recommend tailored furniture solutions
- Build strong relationships and confidently close high‑value sales
- Achieve sales, KPI and commission targets consistently
- Maintain exceptional styling, presentation and sales administration
Successful Applicants Will Have
- Proven furniture, big‑ticket or commission‑based sales success
- Kitchen, interiors or quote & measure experience highly regarded
- Confidence negotiating and closing high‑value customer sales
- Solid communication, relationship‑building and attention to detail
- Availability every weekend to maximise commissions and earn a bonus
